An electric shock ends the life of a young man in Lahj

A young man in his twenties died after being exposed to an electric shock when he tried to pump water from the home’s dynamo, in Lahj Governorate.
Local residents said that a young man named Hamoud was subjected to a severe electric shock while suctioning water, which led to his death before an attempt was made to transport him to the hospital.
Electric lightning incidents have increased recently in various Yemeni governorates, as a result of random connections and unreasonable handling of electricity.
