The conclusion of training for the cadres of the Bena Entrepreneurship Incubator Foundation, the Premium Academy, and the International Institute on “Al-Ada”
The Bina Entrepreneurship Incubator Foundation, in cooperation with the Premium Academy for Leadership and Management and the Modern International Institute, concluded the training course on “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” for 17 male and female trainees from its staff.
The course presented by the Bahraini trainer, Ms. Hoda Al-Khawaja, Senior Advisor at the Franklin Covey Education Foundation - Middle East, aimed to introduce the participants to the 7 habits, and to provide them with the skills to apply these habits in their personal and professional lives, as well as to improve their ability to increase productivity and effectiveness.

The course, which lasted over two days at a rate of 8 hours per day, included learning about the perspectives and practices on which the 7 Habits are based and how to achieve personal and collective victory. The 7 Habits encourage behavior improvement, development and continuity. The course contained many An interactive activity that helped participants better understand the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and apply them in their lives.
