The technical and engineering teams continue the Caltex Tour Maintenance Project, which is funded by the Road and Bridge Maintenance Fund, the main center in the capital, Aden, and under the directives of the Ministry of Works and Roads, and the implementation of the General Authority for Roads. This period, its work is on asphalt the Tour’s most prominent and important road within the capital, Aden.
The works are being carried out with continuous efforts from the party implementing the project to complete it within the time specified in the project contract. Engineer Jalal Al-Haddi, the project manager, confirmed that the ongoing asphalt work is being carried out with great efforts and high quality in implementation of the directives of the leadership of the Ministry of Public Works, represented by Engineer Salem Muhammad Al-Harizi and Engineer Moeen Muhammad. Al-Haddi added that the maintenance of the Caltex tour is one of the most important projects because it is one of the arterial and strategic roads within the capital, Aden, through which movement does not stop, and therefore its maintenance project is considered one of the major achievements witnessed by the capital, Aden.
Maintenance work is being carried out on the Caltex roundabout in Al-Mansoura District, Aden, in necessary response to the traffic congestion that the roundabout was witnessing due to the poor quality of the road and the destruction of its asphalt layer.
