The Hajj and Umrah Sector of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance held a ceremony in honor of the agencies that received an outstanding evaluation, in Mecca, after they underwent a comprehensive evaluation of their performance and services to our country’s pilgrims during the current year. 

The Undersecretary of the Hajj and Umrah Sector, Dr. Mukhtar Al-Rabash, stressed the importance of this honor in enhancing the spirit of competition among agencies working in the field, and motivating them to improve their services to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims. 

The sector conducts an extensive periodic evaluation of the services provided by Hajj and Umrah agencies, to ensure the effectiveness of their performance and the extent to which their services conform to the required specifications.
