The death sentence was issued against Bakhrisa, the killer of soldier Shayea Hariri

The Court of Appeal issued a ruling to uphold the initial death sentence as a discretionary punishment against the accused (Ali Salem Ali Saeed Bakhrisa) on charges of killing the soldier / Shaye Muhammad Abu Bakr Al-Hariri while performing his duty guarding the building of the College of Arts in Aden in March 2018.
Bakhrisa was also charged with participating in an armed gang, as the gang in which he participated carried out the following acts: the assassination of Abdul Rahman Al-Omrani in front of the honey shop in Mansoura with a silencer pistol, and the assassination of the imam of the Zayed Mosque in the Abdul Aziz neighborhood, Sheikh / Yassin Al-Adani, by placing a sticker on his car. And bombing it in the Abdul Qawi neighborhood, assassinating two soldiers in the Mansoura District affiliated with the Facilities Guard, assassinating a soldier in Al-Sila, storming the National Bank and stealing thirty-five thousand riyals and a pistol, killing the bank branch manager / Abdullah Saleh Al-Naqeeb, bombing the traffic police in Al-Jawla near Dhamran, Aden International Market, and looting The sum of twenty-five million Yemeni riyals from Al-Amqi Exchange Company located in Al-Sila, ten kilos of gold were looted from the gold shop in Sheikh Othman.
It is noteworthy that the accused in Bakhrisa was arrested when the martyr Shaye’a Al-Hariri targeted the guard of the College of Arts. Bakhrisa was hit by a bullet from the gun of the martyr Shayea Al-Hariri. He was taken by the Anti-Terrorism Force, Aden Security, investigated, and handed over to the Specialized Criminal Prosecution in the capital, Aden, and he was sentenced by the court.
