Once again...a collapse in electricity service in Aden, with interruptions reaching more than 20 hours a day

The city of Aden is once again experiencing a severe crisis in electricity services, as power outages have reached more than 20 hours a day, which increases the residents’ suffering in light of the intense summer heat.
The current electricity situation in Aden, 9 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2024:
Programmed outage: lasts for 12 hours versus only two hours of operation. Currently, power is restored to areas that have been cut off since 9 a.m. Any area where outages exceed 12 continuous hours suffers from another defect, perhaps in low pressure, a fuse, or Camp or internal transformer.
Diesel Supply: 2 Bose Diesel advances have been secured from traders to ensure that the deficit does not rise above 12 hours till tomorrow morning.
With regard to a diesel ship, the following points should be understood:
The ship will arrive at the anchorage of the oil port in Aden at three or four in the morning on Monday, but there is no confirmation yet that the merchant has agreed to unload it upon its arrival, as he has not yet received its value.
If the merchant agrees to unload the ship upon its arrival in accordance with the government request, it will take 11 hours for us to see an improvement in electricity,
Aden Electricity has recently experienced difficult conditions due to the shortage of supplies of diesel fuel and crude oil coming from Hadhramaut.
