A Sira court ruled that the main accused in the murder of Aidaroos Munawwar be executed
Sira Court of First Instance in the capital, Aden, today, Wednesday, convicted Saeed Muhammad Saeed Turki of intentionally killing the victim, Aidaroos Munawar, and the attempted murder of Abdul Qadir Munawar and Zaid Abdul Hakim, and sentenced him to death.
It also sentenced Murad Muhammad Murad Muhammad, Mihdhar Ateq Hanash Abdullah, and Muhammad Thihab Muhammad Abdullah to eight years in prison for their involvement in participating in the crime with the first convict.
It ruled to imprison Fadl Ali Ahmed, after he was proven guilty of the crime of attempted murder of the victims Aidourus, Abdul Qader, and Fahd Awlad Munawar, and to imprison Akram Talal Abdullah Saif for providing assistance to the perpetrators for a period of 3 years.
