The security services in Al-Mokha, Taiz Governorate, arrested a man accused of the murder of his brother, hours after committing the crime, and his attempt to escape.

The director of Mokha Security, Colonel Thabet Al-Radfani, explained that the security services received a report about the crime and quickly dispatched the forensic team to the crime site and circulated a report to all security units and points to track down the fugitive accused.

He confirmed that the security services were able to arrest the accused at one of the entrances to the city of Mokha, and he was placed in prison in preparation for completing the legal procedures, while the victim’s body was transferred to the December 2 Hospital.

Initial investigations indicated that the cause of the incident was due to family disputes.

The director of Mokha Security, Colonel Thabet Al-Radfani, stressed the security services’ keenness to speed up investigations into crimes, arrest the perpetrators, and refer everyone proven guilty to justice.
