Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Command Council, was briefed on developments in the field and military situation on the battle fronts with the terrorist Houthi militia, in light of the escalation, mobilization, and attacks carried out by the militia on more than one front.< /p>

This came during his meeting today, Tuesday, with the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, where he heard from him a comprehensive explanation about the level of combat readiness, preparedness, and the military coordination mechanism between the forces stationed on the various fronts, to confront the Houthi militias and curb their aggressive behavior.

President Al-Zubaidi also briefed the Minister of Defence, in the course of the meeting, on the progress of work in training and qualification institutes and military colleges, and the level of scientific and academic achievement of the leaders, officers and individuals involved in them.

The meeting touched on the efforts made by the Ministry of Defense to raise the capabilities of the armed forces and enhance their defense capabilities, and what the Ministry’s leadership has accomplished in this aspect.

President Al-Zubaidi affirmed his support and support for the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and its efforts being made to enhance the capabilities of the armed forces in order to enable them to accomplish their military and defense tasks with all efficiency and competence.
