The Director General of the Dar Saad District in the capital, Aden, Mr. Abboud Naji Hussein, met in his office at the office of the local authority in the Directorate this morning, Tuesday, June 4, 2024 AD, with the Director General of the Civil Status Authority and the Civil Registry in the Republic, Major General Sanad Jameel, to discuss the preparations and final arrangements for opening a special branch of the Civil Status Authority. Civil registry and civil registry in the Directorate, specifically in the local authority building in Dar Saad, which will help facilitate the arrival process of citizens (sons of the Directorate), and reduce the hardship of movement and access costs to obtain personal and family documents, birth and death certificates.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Abboud Naji welcomed the head of the authority, Major General Sanad, and the team accompanying him, praising the role of the Civil Status Authority and the Civil Registry for the facilities they provide to citizens during their arrival to the departments and branches of the authority to obtain personal cards, birth and death certificates, and family cards.

Aboud Naji praised the efforts of the Civil Status and Civil Registry Authority to serve citizens... stressing the importance of raising the level of the authority’s professional performance, which contributes to improving work in a way that would provide the best services to citizens, considering the authority is one of the most important vital interests. The most important thing is: once again the keenness of the leadership of the local authority in the governorate and the directorate to improve the level of work in the Civil Status and Civil Registry Authority, and to provide all basic needs to improve the level of work, overcome difficulties and harness the available capabilities to improve the performance of civil services, appreciating the efforts of the leadership, non-commissioned officers and all members of the authority.

The Director General of Dar Saad also heard from the Head of the Civil Status and Civil Registry Authority, Major General Sanad Jamil Saeed, an explanation of the work program of the authority’s mobile baggage teams, and the progress of procedures for issuing identification documents (personal) in the authority’s branches in the various liberated governorates and districts, which are... It will contribute and improve the level of work and provide the best services to citizens.

The Director General of the Directorate, along with the Head of the Authority, toured the areas of the local authority, to view the successive rooms allocated by the Director General of Dar Saad to the employees of the Civil Status Authority and Civil Registry Branch in the Directorate.
