The Director General of the Khormaksar District, Awas Al-Zuhri, discussed with the Director-General of the Duties Office in the capital, Aden, Ahmed Al-Mihdhar, the mechanism for collecting the zakat duties due in the Khormaksar District.

Al-Zuhri briefed Al-Mihdhar on the collection rate, level and achievement in collecting the due zakat duties and the mechanism for collecting and approving them through the electronic system, which contributed to facilitating the process of counting and collecting the various legal revenues of the state.

For his part, the Director General of Khormaksar is sure to harness all the necessary capabilities to advance the Duties Office and its branch in the directorate, and to increase its ability to collect all the revenues owed to it and reach all those targeted, as well as organizing field campaigns for those who default on payments.

Stressing the position of the Khormaksar Directorate in support of the efforts made by the Director of the Duties Office in Aden in developing the work mechanism of the Duties Office, eliminating any imbalances, and implementing a series of reforms that contribute to raising the percentage of actual revenues that are reflected in the level of project implementation in the capital, Aden, and its districts.
