For the sixth day in a row, armed elements in Shabwa detained 50 oil and gas tankers that were on their way to Aden
Armed elements in Shabwa Governorate prevented the passage of gas and oil tankers coming from Ma’rib Governorate and heading to Aden and a number of other governorates, for the sixth day in a row.
A number of activists on social media expressed their strong dissatisfaction with this unjustified act, which is considered a crime punishable by law..
They added, “Regardless of the reasons and demands, there are legal means and ways to submit demands, not by blocking the road to increase the suffering of citizens.”
They called on the Presidential Leadership Council and the legitimate government to assume their responsibility, take urgent action to stop these irresponsible actions, and take the necessary legal measures against the disruptors
