Local sources reported that four people were injured by a gunman at the Jabal Habashi Junction, west of the city of Taiz

The sources said that the gunman opened fire randomly at those carrying a picture of the Deputy Presidential Command Council, Brigadier General Tariq Saleh, during the opening of the Bardad Isolation Road in the Sabr Al-Mawadim District.

The sources indicated that the injured are Fouad Abdullah Abdo, Jamil Abdulaziz, Mahyoub Ahmed Abdullah, and Hazza Muhammad Abdul Wahab, who works as the director of Al-Nasr School in Bardad District, Sabr Al-Mawadim District.

The city of Taiz has been witnessing unprecedented security chaos for months.
