The Trade and Industry Office in Lawdar District, Abyan Governorate, today, Thursday, destroyed a quantity of expired materials and spoiled goods after they were seized in illegal commercial stores in the city’s markets as part of the office’s plan.

During the destruction, various quantities of expired food and consumer goods that were unfit for human consumption and use were burned, with an estimated value of two million one hundred and fifty thousand riyals.

The destruction and burning operation was attended by the Director of the Directorate’s Industry and Trade Office, Ahmed Khairan Salem, the Deputy Director, Qasim Abdullah Al-Abbar, the field inspector, Muhammad Ahmed Sweileh, and the security delegate, Abdullah Saleh Lajdal.
