With reference to the above topic, you must urgently review the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in the capital, Aden, and complete the necessary procedures to correct the situation of your esteemed company and follow up with the General Administration of Mobile Phone Companies in the Ministry in accordance with what It has been submitted by the competent committee formed to correct your situation and commit completely to transferring your headquarters technically, administratively and financially to the capital, Aden, to obtain the necessary licenses and pay the previous debt in terms of fees, licensing and tax status, unless the Ministry will be forced to take measures in accordance with the law and according to the government’s decisions and the reports of the Central Agency for Control and Accounting in this regard. .
