Unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle this evening, Thursday, October 12, 2023, fired a barrage of bullets at the commander of the fourth sector, Captain Zaghloul Ali Muhammad, a leader of the security belt forces in Al-Dhalea Governorate.

A local source confirmed that the failed assassination attempt against Zaghloul this evening took place in the direction of Wadi Sanah, and the gunmen fled the scene and there were no casualties.

In turn, Zaghloul stressed that such cowardly and treacherous operations will only increase the strength and steadfastness of the heroes of the Security Belt forces and a strong motivation to continue arrest campaigns to arrest all rioters and outlaws.
