Doctors Without Borders: More than 2,700 confirmed cases of cholera have been confirmed in Yemen

Doctors Without Borders indicated that 20 governorates, out of the rest of the Yemeni governorates, are witnessing a significant increase in cases of acute watery diarrhea.
The organization said in a blog post on the (x) platform, “20 out of 22 Yemeni governorates are witnessing a significant increase in cases of acute watery diarrhea.”
Doctors Without Borders stated that “more than 63,000 cases had been reported in the country as of May 31, according to health authorities.”
She added: “It turned out that more than 2,700 of the laboratory-examined cases were confirmed cholera infections.”
