Local and military sources in Taiz Governorate said that a high-ranking military commander was injured in a Houthi bombing.

According to the sources, the Chief of Staff of the Taiz Axis, Major General Abdulaziz Al-Majidi, and 4 of his escort were injured by a Houthi bombing that targeted him during a field visit by the forces of the 145th Infantry Brigade in the “Air Defense” area on the outskirts of the city.
