The mother of a 14-year-old minor girl from the city of Bir Ahmed, who was arrested in connection with the recent events in the city, called on the security authorities to release her.
Citizen Sabreen Manzouk, the girl's mother, said that her daughter was arrested in connection with the recent clashes and was placed in the Khor Maksar Criminal Investigation Prison.
In an appeal, Manzouk appealed to the head of the Transitional Council, Major General Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, to quickly direct her daughter’s release.
Manduz confirmed that the arrest of her daughter was illegal and arbitrary.
