Yemeni fishermen: Foreign ships are dredging fish off Aden and Hodeidah

Yemeni fishermen said that foreign fishing vessels were seen during the past few days carrying out dredging operations for marine life off the coast of Aden and Hodeidah governorates.
Local fishermen said that large fishing vessels were seen carrying out dredging and overfishing of marine creatures.
According to a number of fishermen, these ships are being fished directly and close to the Yemeni coast in the governorates of Aden, Lahj, Taiz, and Hodeidah.
They pointed out that these fishing operations will cause great harm to marine life.
