A school wall fell and another was damaged due to strong winds yesterday in Lahj

The strong winds that struck some areas of the Al-Musaimeer District yesterday, Monday, caused the wall of the Omar bin Al-Aas School to fall from the east and west, and the wall of the Abbas School for Basic and Secondary Education was damaged, causing partial damage.
As a result of this, this morning, the Director of the Directorate’s Education Department, Mr. Muhammad Saleh Awad, accompanied by the representative of the local authority in the Directorate, Mr. Ahmed bin Ahmed Al-Himdi, inspected the damage caused to the two schools (Omar bin Al-Aas and Abbas) as a result of the strong winds that resulted in the demolition of a wall and the other being partially damaged. .
The Director of the Education Department called on the local authority in the district to quickly provide solutions and interventions to repair the damage to the fences of the two schools due to the strong winds, in order to protect educational institutions from any consequences of an attack on their property in the event of delay in work to establish it.
