The Commander of the Security Belt discusses with the Modi authorities the security situation and strengthening joint action

Brigadier Mohsen Abdullah Al-Wali, Commander-in-Chief of the Security Belt Forces, met today with the leaders of the local and security authorities in the Mudiya District in Abyan Governorate, in the presence of the Belt Commander in the governorate, Brigadier General Haidra Al-Sayyed.
The meeting, which was attended by Mr. Samir Al-Haid, Director General of the Directorate, Mr. Hussein Daha, Chairman of the Transitional Council of the Directorate, Sheikh Saleh Al-Mujali, Sheikh of the Al Hasna tribe, Lieutenant Colonel Hussein Masoud Al-Walidi, Director of Security of the Directorate, Captain Jamal Al-Salhi, Commander of the Security Belt, and Captain Abdul-Wali Al-Sayyid Abu Rawiya, discussed Pillars of the Modia belt, a number of issues related to Modia, the most important of which is the security situation in the district.
In the meeting, the Brigadier General Governor stressed the importance of coordination and cooperation between the security forces and the local authority to enhance security and stability in Modiya, stressing that the Security Belt forces are committed to making all efforts to combat terrorism and crime and ensure the safety of citizens, along with the local authority and the transitional leadership, And security management.
The security situation in the directorate and the challenges it faces were also reviewed, in addition to discussing ways to improve cooperation between the concerned parties to enhance stability, and a number of practical steps were agreed upon to enhance security and combat terrorist and criminal activities in the region.
The Brigadier General Al-Wali affirmed that the Security Belt forces will continue to work side by side with the local and security authorities to achieve common goals in enhancing security and stability in Mudiya and all areas of Abyan Governorate, to eliminate the activity of Al-Qaeda terrorist organization elements, implement the rule of law and order, and stop everyone who begs for it. For his part, the Director of the Modiya Directorate, Samir Al-Haid, praised the efforts of the Security Belt Forces in maintaining the great role they played in combating terrorism and establishing security and stability, and affirmed the local authority’s support for all measures aimed at improving the security situation in the Directorate.
