The Economic Department of the Executive Body of the Southern Transitional Council in Mudiyah District, in Abyan Governorate, today, Monday, visited a number of service offices and government facilities.

The tour included the directorate's electricity facility, the health office, and the Martyr Awad Ahmed Awad Hospital, to discuss the difficulties its employees face during their field work.

He reviewed the work progress in the health office and the hospital, the difficulties and challenges facing the health sector, and the needs of medical staff teams, essential medicines and medical supplies.

It is noteworthy that the hospital receives many cases of cholera, the medical needs of which affect the quality of health care provided to patients.
