In the presence of the Undersecretary of Aden Governorate for District Affairs, Abdul Hakim Al-Shaabi, this morning, the Director General of Khormaksar Directorate, Awas Al-Zuhri, and the Head of the Civil Status Authority, Major General Sanad Jameel, inaugurated work in the Civil Status Branch - Khormaksar Directorate.

During the inauguration, which was attended by the Secretary-General of the Khormaksar Local Council, Munir Hassan Al-Qutaybi, and the Director of the Civil Status Branch in Khormaksar, Colonel Muhammad Al-Bakhshi, “Al-Shaabi”, “Al-Zuhri” and “Sanad Jameel” toured the departments of the Civil Status Branch located at the Office of the Local Authority in Khormaksar, briefing On the work mechanism, the level of provision of the center’s branch services, and the completion of citizens’ transactions.

The Director General of Khormaksar Directorate, Awas Al-Zuhri, also confirmed that the local authority is keen for the Civil Status Branch in the Directorate to be a model in providing its services to citizens smoothly and smoothly in issuing the smart ID card, family card, birth and death certificates, and other services provided by the branch. Pointing out that the directorate was the first to build, equip and furnish civil status offices in Khor Maksar to serve the people of the directorate, who were suffering from the long distances of obtaining documents issued by civil status in other directorates.

In advance, he thanked His Excellency the Minister of the Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, for his interest in opening the branch, and providing it with the equipment for issuing cards, praising the role of the Presidency of the Civil Status Authority, represented by Major General Sanad Jamil, in following up and supervising the preparation and opening of the Civil Status Branch in Khor Maksar, and working to make the branch successful and appear ideal. .

For his part, Major General Sanad Jameel praised the model of the Civil Status Branch in Khormaksar in terms of equipment, stressing that the branch’s crews have begun work on issuing all official documents issued by the Civil Status Department, stressing that the branch will serve the people of Khormaksar Directorate to a great extent, thanking the efforts Director General of Khormaksar, Awas Al-Zuhri, in preparing and providing everything necessary for the opening of the Civil Status Branch in the Directorate.

The opening was attended by the Chairman of the Services Committee in the Directorate, Abu Bakr Baash, the Director of the Civil Status Branch in Khor Maksar, Colonel Muhammad Al-Bakhshi, the Director of the Civil Registry in the Authority, Colonel Refaat Jamil, the Director of Control and Inspection in the Authority, Colonel Sanad Al-Ballah, and the Vice-Chairmen of the Community Committees in the Directorate, Al-Khader Al-Yazidi and Nasser Al-Bakhshi.
