A fire in Sanaa destroys a number of shops

A massive fire broke out today, Friday, in a market in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, which led to the destruction of a number of shops and commercial stores.
Local residents said, “A massive fire broke out in the popular market in the Shamila area, south of the capital, Sanaa, causing the destruction of a number of shops and commercial stalls.”
The sources explained that the fire spread to other nearby shops due to the delay in the arrival of Houthi civil defense vehicles.
