The Houthi militia is launching a massive kidnapping campaign against activists and civilians opposed to it in Dhamar Governorate, which is under its control.
The sources explained that the Preventive Security Service allocated a team to monitor activists through social media in the context of imposing strict restrictions on freedoms and gagging mouths.
The sources indicated
arbitrary arrests were carried out against anyone who opposed its policy or criticized its corruption and repressive practices.
Activists called on international human rights organizations to intervene urgently to stop these violations, hold their perpetrators accountable, and release all detainees and forcibly kidnapped people in the prisons of the Houthi militia.
