After winning the case, an academic doctor and his brother were killed in front of the Sanaa court

One of the courts located in Sanaa, under the rule of the Houthis, witnessed the killing of an academic doctor and his brother, in front of the court gate after the court ruled in their favor, in an incident similar to previous similar incidents.
Local sources said that Dr. Yahya Qasim Al-Qahum and his brother, “Antar,” were killed by a gunman, after they left the court and the case was pronounced in their favor.
The sources pointed out that Dr. Al-Qahhoum returned to Yemen in November 2023, from the state of Morocco, after completing the study and preparation of his master’s and doctoral degrees, which were in the field of physics and engineering.
The incident reveals the extent of the state of security chaos affecting areas controlled by the Houthi militia, as many courts have witnessed similar incidents over the past months and years.
