A frightening spread of the cholera epidemic after the death of one case and more than a hundred infected people in the Hadabat Karsh area in the Al-Qubaita District, with the number of infected people increasing every day, with health units receiving more than a hundred cases per day.

A medical source told the newspaper that people infected with cholera are constantly increasing on a daily basis among citizens without access to medicines, and that most of the cases that arrive are from the villages of Hadabat Al-Jaribah, Al-Sufaili, Al-Hadab, Harath and their vicinity, as the epidemic is concentrated in these areas and the epidemic is spreading rapidly after the death of one case and more than One hundred infected people are received every day.
Citizens in those villages said that the cholera epidemic is spreading widely among children and women, without paying attention to the situation of the health units, which lack the most basic capabilities of health staff and laboratories, and there are no medicines in them.

They indicated that most of the cases were transferred to Aden and Lahj after the death of one case and the lack of attention to the infected cases that arrived, and that a state of fear prevailed in the areas of Hadaba villages due to the rapid spread in those areas without any attention from the concerned authorities, which turn a blind eye and do not pay attention to the situation. Health units that do not have medicines.
