A responsible government source said that the Chairman of the Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, gave orders via a phone call to the Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen, Ahmed Al-Muqaibi, to freeze all decisions issued by the Link in the recent period, including moving the Central Bank to Aden, transferring many commercial banks, and other decisions taken by the Link. The Chairman of the Leadership Council had previously issued instructions to freeze the decisions, but those decisions were rejected by the members of the Presidential Leadership Council in an extraordinary meeting 

The government source added that Al-Alimi returned again today and issued a decision to approve all decisions without returning to the members of the Leadership Council 

The source concluded that the coming days may witness a dangerous political escalation between members of the Presidential Leadership Council with Rashad Al-Alimi, and it may threaten to dissolve the Presidential Leadership Council.
