On Friday morning, gunmen kidnapped a nurse in the Revolutionary Authority, immediately after he left the hospital.

A senior source in the Revolutionary Committee said that unknown gunmen kidnapped nurse Khaled Muhammad Abdo Saeed Ghaleb Sabah, today, Friday, July 12, after he left his workplace heading to his home.

Adding that the nurse was intercepted by masked gunmen on Al-Thawra Hospital Street at eight in the morning shortly after he left his workplace in the emergency department heading to his home, and they took him by force on a bus to an unknown location.

Confirming that the nurse was kidnapped from the main street while on his way to his home after his night shift in the emergency department of Al-Thawra General Hospital.

 He held the security authorities responsible for pursuing the perpetrators, revealing the fate of the kidnapped nurse, and releasing him, stressing the need to provide protection for medical teams as they go and come to perform their humanitarian duty.
