The executive body of the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in Al-Mahfad District, Abyan, held its regular meeting for the month of July at the headquarters of the local leadership, headed by the head of the body, Mr. Mahdi Abdullah Muqbil

At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by the Vice President of the Council, Brother Ali Ahmed Al-Rubaie, Mr. Mahdi Muqbel welcomed all those present, thanking them for their attendance and commitment to the specified meeting date, and noting to the members of the Commission the need for concerted efforts in strengthening the organizational and institutional work of the Directorate Council.

The monthly meeting stopped before reading the previous minutes, and discussing the body’s work activity in its agenda for the evaluation report carried out in June, as well as the second semester report from April to June, and also discussing the semi-annual evaluation report for the current year 2024 AD

The Executive Board also discussed, in its regular meeting, the security and service conditions in the Directorate, and ways to enhance the work of the Council in the Directorate

During a series of extensive discussions, the Executive Board at its meeting approved the previous minutes, taking some notes thereon, and approved the semi-annual evaluation report for the current year 2024

The executive body concluded its meeting by recommending that the local authority in the district take care of the electrical line linking Al-Khobar and Al-Aram, remove the fallen wires, and repair the camps that fell due to the strong winds that they were exposed to as a result of the rains last week.
