Revealing three goals that Israel seeks to achieve by targeting the port of Hodeidah

A political analyst revealed the reasons why the Israeli occupation chose the oil stores in the port of Hodeidah to respond to the launching of a Houthi plane towards Tel Aviv.
The head of the Abaad Center, Abdul Salam Muhammad, asked: Why did Israel not respond to the Houthis’ attack on Tel Aviv? With a strike in Sanaa and chose the port of Hodeidah? Why did Israel not strike a painful target, such as the missile center or the location of the Iranian experts in Saada, and chose a fuel depot in Hodeidah? br />Mohamed pointed out that the Lebanese Hezbollah was “throwing its missiles in areas of dry grass, causing fires to start, and Hassan Nasrallah came out in his speech to say, ‘We burned Israel.’” He pointed out that the Houthis “usually choose oil targets for their missiles and marches so that an explosion occurs.” And it ignited, as they did in Abqaiq and Khurais, and they came out saying, “We destroyed Aramco, we burned Saudi Arabia.”
He continued: “The mentality of Hezbollah and the Houthis is derived from the mentality of Iran, when it claims war, it relies on the stereotype in people’s minds of fires and bombings, even if they are in the Negev desert, as they did.” When it said that it was taking revenge for the attack on its consulate in Syria and before that after the killing of Soleimani, this mentality is present in Israel and it is within the framework of the well-known rules of engagement between friends: “burn, dawn, and do not cross your limits,” as he put it.
The head of the Abaad Center confirmed that “the reason for choosing warehouses is Oil, to exaggerate the event and amplify the attack and destruction with previous attacks on oil areas.”
Regarding the choice of Hodeidah port, Abdul Salam Muhammad says, “Israel’s choice of Hodeidah port is due to several reasons:
1- Claiming revenge for Houthi attacks at sea Red.
2- Preparing for a military intervention in the Red Sea under the pretext of protecting its security.
3- Planning for a long strategic presence in the sea. Al-Ahmar and Bab al-Mandab.”
Muhammad concluded his point by saying: “The wisdom used to be ‘tyrants bring invaders’ and today ‘the Houthis bring wars and occupation’.”
