Firstly, allow me to extend to you my sincere thanks and appreciation for the cooperation and care I received from all of you during my period of work at the Bank, which had a great impact on the achievements achieved in the field of activating monetary policies with its various tools, most notably not using any inflationary financing to cover the increasing government expenditures. And its great inability, especially after the criminal militias attacked oil ports and tankers, prevented exports, and banned the entry of Marib gas into the areas it occupies, in addition to preventing trade through the ports that are under the control of the government and forcibly transferring it to the port of Hodeidah, and what was done in the field of institutional building, capacity building, and restoring the confidence of regional and international institutions.
