The security services in Abyan Governorate issued a firm statement in which they stressed the need to adhere to law and order, and warned against any violations or interference in their work.

The statement explained that the security services are making strenuous efforts to combat terrorism and crime, and that they have achieved great successes in this field. The statement indicated that some military units committed violations, such as transferring a suspect outside the governorate, which is a clear violation of the law.

The statement called on all military units to cooperate with the security services and abide by their powers, stressing that there are clear legal mechanisms to deal with any suspect, and that transferring suspects outside the governorate without referring to the security services is a serious violation.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 

We in the security services, from the Security Department and the Security Belt in Abyan Governorate, are making continuous dedicated efforts day and night to combat the Houthi militias, as well as terrorist organizations and those who are out of order and the law, and to pursue them and fight crimes and negatives so that the governorate enjoys security and safety and the homeland stability with all our strength, skill, courage and sacrifice. 

We are on the path of the martyrs and the wounded, continuing to expose crime and gangs and their infernal plans through heroes and quality security competencies, strengthening security work and investigation until arrest, and applying justice, order and law according to established control procedures.

And all this while we are carrying out our tasks and the duty that falls upon us before God and then before the system and the law,

We also say that some of the military units that we stand side by side with will support us at the time of request, and dealing with the security services will continue to exchange information about any movements, sleeper cells, etc.

 We also warn against any distortion and interference in some actions, as happened in the Lawdar District at dawn today. 

We in the Abyan Security and Security Belt Department work according to the structure of a legal security apparatus in order to arrest wanted persons or perpetrators, such as one security agency, one central prison, a prosecution office, and a judicial court. Any violation of this or interference is considered a violation and non-recognition of state institutions without the possibility of false justifications.

We also carried out a security campaign to arrest suspects in Houthi cells, and the necessary procedures will continue, but we were surprised by the transgressions of some units, unfortunately, and the transfer of one of the suspects to a place outside the governorate. We hold them responsible for this interference outside the rules, regulations, and law, which leaves no room for doubt that these units do not recognize institutions. State, order and law. 

We in Abyan Security, the Security Belt, and all the security formations that work together to establish the general national security of our governorate stress the interference and transgressions that promise to attack us and any issues that occur in Abyan in the name of Houthi cells or others that are within the governorate. We will not allow any transgression, as we explained above, and this is considered An important warning to all military units inside the governorate not to transfer any suspect outside the governorate, as there are security services present, a central prison, and a judiciary inside Abyan governorate.
