This came at a meeting of the Executive Office of the Mansoura Directorate, headed by the Director General of the Directorate, Ahmed Ali Al-Daoudi, to discuss the performance reports of a number of service offices. The meeting, which was attended by Fahim Awad Abbad, the Executive Deputy Director General for Cleaning Affairs at the Cleaning and Improvement Fund in Aden, reviewed the report of the two cleaning departments in the directorate, on the progress of the daily work of the two departments, as approximately “127” tons of garbage are removed daily from the Mansoura Directorate. p>
The meeting also heard a detailed report from the Director of the Directorate’s Education Office, Ali Alawi Al-Suwairi, about the office’s preparations to receive the new academic year 2024-2025 AD, as well as the challenges and difficulties facing performance.
While the Director of the Tourism Office in the Directorate, Ali Qasim Al-Salafi, reviewed a report on the progress of the office’s work during the last period, pointing out that the office’s total revenues collected from January to July of the current year 2024 amounted to “125” million and “803” thousand and “637” riyals. During the meeting, the Director General of Mansoura, Ahmed Al-Daoudi, praised the offices that achieved tangible success in providing services and remarkable growth in revenues during the past period.
Al-Daoudi also stressed the importance of doubling the efforts of all executive offices, working in the spirit of one team, enhancing the positives and addressing the negatives, to raise the level of performance and advance its role in serving society. The meeting came out with a number of decisions and recommendations, the most notable of which was naming one of the streets in the district after “the martyr Haneen al-Bakri,” after this street had recently witnessed maintenance work within the project to rehabilitate and asphalt the internal streets in the Mansoura District, as well as raising the operating budget of some executive offices, as well as The park, which will be completed soon and is located on 90th Street, will be named “The 90th” Park.
