The Public Prosecution in the Shabwa Appeals Governorate this morning implemented the legal retaliation ruling against the convicted convict (Saleh Hussein Al-Buraiki) by firing squad for intentionally killing the victim (Muhammad Salmeen Al-Mansouri), in the courtyard of the central prison in the city of Ataq.

The death sentence was implemented in implementation of the ruling of the Jardan Court of First Instance issued on 10/18/2020 AD, which ruled that the accused was convicted and punished with death by firing squad, which was confirmed by the Shabwa Governorate Court of Appeal on 1/18/2021 AD and approved by the Supreme Court of the Republic on 6/2023 AD. /15 AD, after the approval of the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council on 6/4/2024 AD, and the directives of the Attorney General of the Republic, Judge Qaher Mustafa, to complete the implementation procedures.

The death sentence was carried out in the presence of the Chief Prosecutor of the Shabwa Governorate Appeals Prosecution, Judge Dr. Saleh Ahmed Al-Madhaji, the Director of Shabwa Governorate Security, Brigadier Fouad Al-Nasi, the Director of the Central Prison, Captain Saleh Al-Dahboul, the Commander of the Rescue Forces, Colonel Ali Al-Dahboul, the Assistant Director of Criminal Investigation, Lieutenant Colonel Ali Lahul Al-Khulaifi, and a number of judges, Police officers, and blood guardians.
