In a heroic scene, a young man was able to save an entire family consisting of women and children after they were surrounded by flowing torrential waters in their house located in Sa’ila Jableh, in the Yemeni Ibb Governorate.

The young man, who tied a rope around the middle of his body, descended from the roof of the house and began pulling the women and children to safety with the help of other people.

A video clip documenting the moment of rescue spread on social media, where users praised the young man's heroism and courage, and social media pioneers began collecting funds to honor him for his heroic work.

It is noteworthy that the historic city of Jableh in Ibb Governorate witnessed heavy rains that caused the demolition of homes and the loss of two young men who were swept away by torrents. It also led to rocks falling on the roads and causing major damage to the infrastructure in Jableh District.
