The torrents flowing in the Abu Shanab Jisr Valley this morning in the Makhzen area, Khanfar District, Abyan Governorate, swept away the home of Ahmed Ali Musa, in his sixth decade.
Citizens and those who can swim rushed to search for him until he was found in agricultural clay land near the area.
The valley of the Abu Shanab Bridge witnessed an influx of torrents and an unprecedented rise that passed the bridge and reached the asphalt road on which it began to collapse, with water coming out of it and citizens fearing that it would fall.
It is worth mentioning that the people opened a corridor and another small valley for the torrent towards Diu to reduce the strength of the torrent and the fear of it reaching the village.
