The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments for the Hajj and Umrah Sector, Dr. Mukhtar bin Al-Khader Al-Rabash Al-Haythami, participated today in the preparatory meeting for this year’s Hajj season 1446 AH, which is organized by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah via video communication technology.
The meeting discussed the initial preparations and the timetable for the Yemeni Pilgrims Affairs Office’s plan for the current season. It also touched on the observations that accompanied last year’s Hajj season and developed technical solutions to ensure that they are not repeated.
During his intervention, Dr. Mukhtar praised the joint cooperation and coordination between the Ministries of Endowments and Guidance in our country and the Ministries of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, explaining the most prominent features included in the plan of the Office of Yemeni Pilgrims Affairs in its initial preparations for the season within the framework of the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Aida Shabiba.
In turn, Dr. Badr Al-Salami, General Supervisor of the Pilgrims Affairs Offices at the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, praised the services and blessed efforts provided by the Yemeni Pilgrims Affairs Office to the pilgrims and the loyalty of the Yemeni mission in providing all services to the guests of the Most Gracious in the Holy Lands, expressing his optimism in the success of this year’s Hajj season starting from... The meeting was attended by Arif Al-Barakani, Assistant Undersecretary for Services Affairs, Dr. Moeen Al Turk, Commissioner General of the Electronic Path, Abdul Karim Al-Sheikh, Director General of Hajj and Umrah, and Saleh Al-Awlaki, Director of the Follow-up and Review Department in the sector.
