A training course was launched in the city of Mukalla today, Tuesday, for entrepreneurs and job seekers on “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” organized by the Premium Academy for Leadership and Management in cooperation with the Franklin Covey Education Foundation - Middle East, with funding from the Bin Doul Islamic Microfinance Bank.
At the inauguration of the session, the Director General of Bin Doul Islamic Bank, Eng. Ahmed Bahaj, stressed the bank’s interest in supporting youth, entrepreneurs, and job seekers through a group of initiatives and programs aimed at empowering youth economically, stimulating the spirit of entrepreneurship, and contributing to sustainable development.
In turn, the Director General of the Premium Academy, Dr. Rabie Al-Aobthani, appreciated Bin Doul Islamic Microfinance Bank’s keenness to develop the capabilities of young entrepreneurs and job seekers to raise their capabilities to compete in the labor market with merit and competence.
The course presented by the Bahraini trainer, Ms. Hoda Al-Khawaja, Senior Advisor at the Franklin Covey Foundation, aims to introduce participants to the 7 habits, and provide them with the skills to apply these habits in their personal and professional lives, as well as improve their ability to be productive and effective.
