The fighting fronts in Lahj Governorate witnessed, at dawn today, violent confrontations between the Security Belt and Southern Joint Forces and the Iranian Houthi militias.
A military source reported that the Houthi militias launched a massive attack on the positions of the southern forces on the Qarin Front, northwest of Al-Musaimeer, using various, medium and heavy weapons, but the southern forces were able to repel the attack and break it, inflicting on the militias heavy losses in equipment and lives.< /p>
The source added that the southern forces, led by Commander Muhammad Ali Al-Hushbi “Abu Al-Khattab,” responded to the attack valiantly and courageously, forcing the militias to retreat and flee.
These confrontations come within the framework of continuous attempts by the Houthi militias to advance on the southern fronts, but the steadfastness and cohesion of the southern forces thwarts all these attempts.
