Commander Abdul Rahman Al-Muharami Abu Zaraa issued directives to the governors of the liberated governorates, the commanders of military units, the general directors of police in the liberated governorates, and the leadership of the Security Belt forces, to prevent the collection of any illegal levies at all security and military points spread along the lines and entrances to cities.

The Muharram leader’s directives included the need to end the absurdity of collecting illegal taxes. Which is carried out by some security and military points, and reporting any violations; To take strict action against them. 

The Muharrami’s directives came to prohibit levies; Which is imposed illegally by some security and military points on the lines; To stop the tampering, which is mainly harmful to the citizen, which increases the rise in prices and worsens the living situation.
