A government official died in the capital, Sanaa, in one of the prisons of the Houthi coup group.

Reliable sources said that Muhammad Naji Khammash, Director General of the Department of Basic and Secondary Education at the Ministry of Education, died in the prisons of the Houthi group, after he was kidnapped on the sixth of last June, and that the group informed his family, last Tuesday, to come to receive his body from Political Security Prison in Sanaa.

The sources indicated that Khammash died after suffering for a long time from health complications resulting from the torture he was subjected to, in addition to being deprived of the necessary treatment.
