The Supreme Judicial Council held its regular meeting, today, in the capital, Aden, headed by His Eminence Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, President of the Council.
The Council approved the decisions issued by the Accounting Council regarding the penalties taken against two judges in disciplinary lawsuits filed by the Judicial Inspection Authority, as well as the referral of one of the judges to retirement based on his request.
The Council assigned Judge Aqeel Muhammad Taj al-Din to look into a number of cases pending before the Court of Appeal in the Sixth Military Region, headquartered in Ma’rib Governorate.
The Council considered a number of grievances submitted to it by a number of judges and took appropriate solutions regarding them.
The Council had approved its previous minutes, and discussed a number of topics on its agenda.
