A meeting of the committee preparing the internal regulations for violations and financial and administrative penalties at the Ministry of Justice, headed by the Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Tariq Al-Azani, today, in the capital, Aden, discussed topics related to the draft internal regulations and the committee’s work plan.

The agent Al-Azzani stressed the importance of preparing the regulations whose provisions apply within the scope of the Judicial Authority Law, the Civil Service Law and its executive regulations, the Council of Ministers’ decision on financial and administrative violations and the relevant laws and regulations, and its role in clarifying procedures and implementing laws, including duties, prohibitions, rights and responsibilities.
