The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the Scholarships Sector, Dr. Mazen Al-Jafari, announced good news for all students on scholarship to study abroad, as the Central Bank of Yemen has begun transferring their academic dues for the year 2023-2024 AD to all accredited Yemeni cultural attachés and embassies abroad.< /p>

Dr. Al-Jafari confirmed in a statement published by the government agency Saba that this step comes within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to meet the needs of scholarship students and overcome the difficulties they may face during their studies abroad. He added that the missions sector made great efforts to speed up the transfer process and reduce the time period between the due date of the quarter and the expected date of its delivery.

Dr. Al-Jifri called on the students to be patient and appreciative of the difficult circumstances the country is going through, stressing that the Ministry will continue to do everything in its power to provide them with the necessary support.
