The leader of the Southern Transitional Council, Nasser Al-Khubaji, warned of the disintegration of consensus and partnership within the Presidential Leadership Council against the backdrop of the recent announcement of the so-called “National Bloc of Political Parties and Components.”
A member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council and head of its negotiating delegation launched a violent attack on his page on the X website, which is headed by the Speaker of the Shura Council, Ahmed Obaid bin Daghr, where he described the announcement of the bloc as “the birth of a mangy rat in a repellent environment that does not accept working with rats.”
While Al-Khobaji said that the goal of the bloc is “to target the issue of the people of the south and the Southern Transitional Council,” he stressed that the bloc will be “targeted by the real popular forces that have action and the right to the land, wherever they reside or settle.”
Warning that the bloc “poses a threat to the wall of consensus and partnership with the Southern Transitional Council, which is no longer sustainable after the birth of this mangy rat, the so-called federal parties of Yemen,” he said.
He added a warning by saying: Moving forward on this path only means the beginning of the end for this partnership, which will inevitably lead to the fall of the government, the Presidential Leadership Council, and the supporting bodies.
Stressing that "continuing to ignore the principles of consensus threatens to undermine political gains, endanger the process of stability, and open the door to chaos that may destroy the gains and alliances achieved to confront the Houthi militias."
