The Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Arda, stressed the importance of completing the administrative structure in the courts of appeal in the liberated governorates, the specialized divisions, and the courts of first instance, forming administrative disciplinary councils and increasing the activation of oversight and inspection work.
Minister Al-Arda stressed, today, during his chairmanship of a meeting led by the Ministry’s Courts and Documentation Sector, in the presence of the Undersecretary, Judge Abdul Karim Baabad, and the head of the Ministry’s Technical Office, Judge Nabil Hassan, the necessity of intensifying the work of the oversight and investigation departments and going out on the field for inspection to see the level of work performance and job discipline. .
The Minister of Justice directed further activation of follow-up procedures and review of the work of secretaries and clerks working in courts and divisions, inspection of financial and administrative records and books, evaluation and periodic review of documentation work in general.
The meeting approved a number of proposals and recommendations that ensure avoiding mistakes and strengthening supervisory and administrative procedures to serve the public interest
