Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, arrived today, Sunday, in Riyadh to participate in the work of the joint Arab-Islamic follow-up summit called for by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The summit aims to discuss the repercussions of the Israeli aggression on the Palestinian territories and the Lebanese Republic, in addition to developments in the current situation in the region.
He was received at King Khalid International Airport by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Secretary of the Region, and the Acting Director of the Regional Police, Major General Mansour bin Nasser Al-Otaibi.
In a statement published by Saba, Al-Alimi expressed his appreciation to the brothers in the Kingdom, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for the kind invitation to hold this summit, praising the good preparation for its work.
The delegation of the Republic of Yemen to the summit includes the Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Yahya Al-Shuaibi, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Dr. Shaye’ Al-Zindani.
