The European Union (EU) announced that its military assets were able to carry out a series of protection operations for commercial ships and successfully secure their passage in the Red Sea, west of Yemen.
The European Union naval mission (EUNAVFOR ASPIDES) said in a tweet on its account on the “X” platform, on Saturday: “The Greek frigate (SPETSAI) and the Italian destroyer (CAIO DUILIO) succeeded in completing a series of close protection operations for commercial ships during the days.” The last in the area of operations."
